A message from CosmoPayment as we deal with the COVID-19 pandemic

With the Coronavirus impacting the lives of people in countries around the globe, many people have become isolated and distanced from the rest of their community. The same is true for many businesses, as they work hard to protect their employees while also supporting their clients in this time of need.


At Cosmo Payment, we are committed to providing continued service and support for all of our clients and account holders throughout the world. Our account and card services will continue to work throughout the pandemic, and all inquiries and requests will be attended to in the same delays as usual.

In an effort to protect our Cosmo employees, our offices are following the guidelines and best practices put forth by the Center for Disease Control, the World Health Organization and local governments. We have granted all employees the ability to work remotely when possible, and placed a 14-day quarantine mandate for any employees (or those whose household family members) who have recently traveled or who could have potentially been exposed to the virus in some form.


Cosmo Payment recognizes the importance our payment services have on the lives of our many account holders, and we are committed to making sure that all of your needs are met - as we deal with this unprecedented situation. 

Our thoughts are with those who have been affected by the virus, and we hope that this experience will only help to make the Cosmo community stronger moving forward.
